Wishing all our friends, animals and supporters good health, wealth and happiness for the new decade !
Thankyou to everyone for help during the past years.

WE HAVE A NEW WEBSITE ADDRESS WHICH IS EASY TO REMEMBER!

www.rosahrescue.co.uk

We are the Rays of Sunshine and we care for many small unfortunate animals.

Animals are our passion. We love everything!

We are NOT currently a registered charity but are considering whether it would be beneficial to the animals to become a charity. Everything we do MUST benefit the animals!

Presently, all our time is spent with the animals and we do not wish to get bogged down with more paperwork which would take our time away from doing the important stuff. Our priority is the welfare of the animals.

We are currently providing lifetime sanctuary for around 30 elderly guinea pigs at our home and at the homes of our dedicated Guinea Pig fosterers.

We are currently responsible for over 30 cavies in total (Half a dozen resident oldies are with us and the rest with fosterers- We still fund their needs from Rosah Rescue funds (basically from our own pocket) as we placed them with their fosterers-Please see the brown writing below) and we provide for many other needy animals (including rabbits, cats, an ancient pony and recovering hens) too.

WE ALSO RESCUE & RETIRE EX CAGED LAYING HENS, BUT YOU MUST BOOK YOUR HENS THROUGH lincslittlehens@aol.com

You are able to rescue from East Bank, Sutton Bridge just off the A17 or at Corby Glen on the A151. We do have our local hen rescue website- www.lincslittlehens.co.uk

Please see our ex batts page

We receive no money from any of this and sell items we no longer need on ebay to try and make ends meet, but they never do.

We have mostly oldies here. We're more like an animal retirement home.

Most of the oldies are not suitable for new homes as some are timid due to their bad start in life and also have health problems.

Others have been gifted to us on the condition that we care for them for life.

We occasionally have young guinea pigs (and other animals including buck rabbits, cats and giant african land snails) needing homes and we always post information on our blog, so check it out frequently.

Please bear in mind that we often have more people waiting for baby guinea pigs than we actually get handed in to us. We do however occasionally get sows who are pregnant upon arrival so details of any babies will be put on the blog>> http://rosahguineapigrescue.blogspot.com/

MALE FERRET KITS REHOMED READY IN A FEW WEEKS CALL 0845 017 9422 IF INTERESTED

3 YOUNG RABBITS REHOMED!

YOUNGISH GUINEA PIGS ALL REHOMED. Smile

DUE TO MY ONGOING ILLNESS AND DISABILITY, MANY GUINEA PIGS WERE FOSTERED OUT AT A VERY BAD TIME FOR ME, AND THEY WILL NOW REMAIN WITH THEIR FOSTER CARERS DUE TO THE BOND THEY HAVE FORMED AND THE TIME THEY HAVE PUT IN TO BUILD UP THE CONFIDENCE OF NERVOUS GUINEA PIGS. WE STILL PROVIDE FOR THOSE GUINEA PIGS AS WITHOUT OUR FOSTERERS WE WOULD HAVE BECOME UNSTUCK. WE DID NOT WANT TO CLOSE ROSAH RESCUE AS WE COULDN'T BEAR ANY ANIMAL TO SUFFER RATHER THAN BE ABLE TO COME TO US.

If any company can offer us a new basic shed, that would be appreciated and we would advertise your business on this website as a thankyou.
Please call 0845 017 9422 if you can help. Our telephone may go to answerphone, if so, PLEASE leave a message so we can call you back.
PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN.
